LOGAN'S VEHICLE DETAILING TERMS and AGREEMENTS

*The customer hereby agrees to the terms and agreements upon payment, acceptance, or request of services provided by Logan's Vehicle Detailing or the request of the presence or appearance of employed members of Logan's Vehicle Detailing or those associated with Logan's Vehicle Detailing.

 

Logan's Vehicle Detailing Cancellation Policy

Logan's Vehicle Detailing offers free rescheduling for customers that reach out within 72 hours of their appointment. For rescheduling, after the 72-hour period, we require a 5% rescheduling fee to the final order cost. Cancellations that occur after a deposit is made for an appointment time will forfeit their deposit. Logan's Vehicle Detailing will keep the 30% deposit of the service costs for cancellations that occur.

Cancellations due to inclement weather prior to service will result in the customer having the choice to reschedule the appointment to another date on the company schedule.

Logan's Vehicle Detailing reserves the right to cancel or refuse service that occurs in a hazardous working area. Logan's Vehicle Detailing reserves the right to cancel services that result, or could potentially result, in the harm or injury of a detailer. Examples of these types of areas include, but are not limited to, areas where chemicals are exposed, areas where service providers are exposed to hazardous fumes, areas near the use of hazardous machinery, areas where service providers are subject to broken glasses such as shattered glass, areas of poor sanitary standard, and areas that could expose children to obvious harm of our own accord. Pets must be prevented from interfering with or threatening service providers.

While we do accept the suggestions of our customers, we encourage customers to not be present in the immediate area where Logan's Vehicle Detailing is providing service. This includes being present near company equipment, or in a space that interferes with the detailer or obstructs the providing of service. Customers are encouraged to begin the examination of their vehicle after the completion of a detail.

Logan's Vehicle Detailing reserves the right to cancel or postpone details due to a call to military duty. In the case that detailers, being military members, are ordered to duty, we will postpone the detail until the following day. Detailing services completed the following day will require the full payment to be made to Logan's Vehicle Detailing prior to the beginning of service. Any detail that cannot be completed the following day will be completed from start to finish at the next scheduled opportunity with no payment other than 30% deposit due until the time of service.

Logan's Vehicle Detailing service providers are not obligated to endure physical or verbal abuse or harassment and reserve the right to immediately cancel the service in turn without the issuance of a refund.

Cancellation of service will occur in the event that a detailer arrives without the ability to receive a set of functioning vehicle keys necessary to provide the ordered service. This incurs a forfeit of your deposit. you must then reschedule with a new deposit to the next available day. Customers are responsible for leaving a two-hour interval before and after the scheduled time to allow for unforeseen circumstances. A refund will not be issued if the reason for late arrival is due to the customer making themselves unavailable until a time that is later or earlier than the scheduled time of service. A service beginning earlier or later than scheduled should not begin without the approval of the customer. Cancellations that occur in any of these scenarios can be rescheduled to another date.

Logan's Vehicle Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Damaged Property Terms

Logan's Vehicle Detailing does not take or bear responsibility for damage that exists prior to an applied service. Logan's Vehicle Detailing does not take or bear responsibility for damage that is not a direct result of an applied service.

Logan's Vehicle Detailing may attempt to contact the customer to formally acknowledge and discuss the appearance of obvious damage. We reserve the right to not apply our service where further damage will inevitably occur. The customer may request that a detailed be applied to an area of damage. In the event that a customer requests a paid service to be applied to an area of damage, the detailer bears no financial or legal responsibility for damages if they agree to the suggestion or request. Requests to provide a service not included in the service that was ordered may be denied.

Upon the completion of a service, the customer will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns with the detailer. The detailer has no obligation to make adjustments, modifications, or corrections after deliberating with the customer upon completion of a service.

Customers are responsible for the removal of personal belongings from their vehicle. Logan's Vehicle Detailing will attempt to return personal belongings to customers, but are not permitted to open personal envelopes, packages, belongings, etc. Items left in the interior of the vehicle may be assumed to be trash items and may be discarded. Logan's Vehicle Detailing is not responsible for discarded items.

While Logan's Vehicle Detailing examines each vehicle before, during, and after service, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to inspect their own vehicle to prevent mishaps with their vehicle (battery depletion due to running lights, unlocked doors, running engine, etc.) We cannot know the mechanical or electrical tendencies of each of the cars that we service. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that their cars is maintained after the service has been completed. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the area in which the detailed vehicle is parked at is able to withstand the normality's associated with auto detailing such as water runoff. The area in which the vehicle requiring service is parked is considered the area of detail. The vehicle should be moved by the customer to a desired area prior to the service provider’s arrival.

Payment Terms

Logan's Vehicle Detailing accepts payment before the commencement of the service. Auto detailing services are considered requests until payment has occurred. The auto detailing service will begin after the agreed payment amount is met and delivered to the detailer.

Prices are subject to change at any time except for after the order has been scheduled or paid. Logan's Vehicle Detailing reserves the right to restructure any price before the time of scheduling and after the time of service completion.

Additional costs may occur at the discretion of the detailer. Extra costs include costs for excessive pet hair, extra coats of wax, excessive dirt, bodily excrement, etc.

All prices are considered quotes until the arrival of the detailer and completion of the visual inspection.

 

Refund Terms

Logan's Vehicle Detailing offers a full refund during instances where our services have undoubtedly caused damage to the customer’s vehicle. Logan's Vehicle Detailing offers free damage correction to the customer if the damage is able to be corrected by our detailers, employees, or technicians. Instances of damage that are not directly caused by an applied service that occurred as a result of negligence by the customer, or existed before the auto detailing service occurred are not the responsibility of Logan's Vehicle Detailing.

There are no refunds or partial refunds for sudden customer departures unless explicitly offered by a company executive. Once payment is made, the customer must allow the detailers to finish their service at the agreed price.

Refunds do not apply to instances where detailers are prevented from providing a fair service by the customer. Interactions that result in the failure of a detailer to provide service will be investigated. If an assessment is made that the customer is owed a refund because of a poor experience, a refund will be promptly issued to the customer.

Logan's Vehicle Detailing does not provide service dissatisfaction refunds.

Security and Surveillance Terms

Select Logan's Vehicle Detailing employees, detailers, and executives reserve the right and/or permission to personal protection and self-defense measures. These persons will be allowed to conceal carry one firearm on their person, even while being present on the private property of a customer, so long as the vehicle receiving service is on the customer’s property/area or the customer allows these persons to reside. Rifles are not allowed outside of the vehicle carrying the load of equipment necessary to complete the service requested by the customer. Knives, bats, hammers. Golf clubs, or any other sharp or blunt object may not be wielded or carried as a means of self-protection without reason or instances if imminent danger that would prompt the service provider to do so. Upon the completion of the service, and after deliberating with the customer, the persons who carry firearms necessary for their safety will promptly leave the customer’s property. At no time and in no situation is the intentional brandishing or wielding of a firearm allowed without justifiable cause. Customer’s who do not permit the concealment of firearms by a detailer may request the service to be completed at an agreed location on public property or on property where the concealment of a firearm is permitted. Logan's Vehicle Detailing members always ensure that they maintain the proper safety measures required for safe concealment. Open-carrying weapons without reasonable fear of danger or harm is not permitted.

Logan's Vehicle Detailing reserves the right and/or permission to conduct video/audio surveillance of official business during the duration of a service, even if services occur in areas where surveillance occurs on the private property of the customer. Safety is a priority for the detailer and the customer. The customer may request that the service be completed at an agreed location on public property or on property where the surveillance/recording of the service is allowed. Logan's Vehicle Detailing members will explicitly ask for permission to make video/audio recordings for purposes other than official business.

Fees and Charges

Mobile services are subject to our mobile fee ($30 + 2/mile) services at our shop do not have this fee

We request that all personal items in the vehicle are removed including but not limited to Clothing, bags, weapons, firearms, money, trash, shoes, food, accessories, furniture, car seats, etc. If items are left in the vehicle customer is subject to a removal fee.

BIOHAZARD fee: Any biohazards are a MINUMUM of $200 extra on top of any service price. If a customer blatantly lies or we have reason to believe they were negligent about a potential biohazard, the fee doubles to $400. Biohazards include but are not limited to blood, urine, mold, feces, animal remains, vomit, bodily fluids, sharp waste (knives, needles, scalpels), etc.
 

MAINTENANCE PLANS

Our maintenance plan customers are required to book our "Berkshire" or "Full Monty" package at discount to be eligible for maintenance pricing on our "Beaumont" maintenance plan. 

​Our maintenance plan customers are required to book our "Full Monty" package or a Ceramic Coating at discount to be eligible for maintenance pricing on our "Winston" maintenance plan.

Our subscriptions can be canceled at any time, however, customers must enable their subscription for at least one month or they will be subject to repay the price discounted of their initial detail. These plans are for vehicles only and do not apply to Aviation, RV, marine, etc. 

CUSTOMER PRIVACY

Logan's Vehicle Detailing collects customer information strictly for company tax, statistical analysis, and tax purposes. Customer information will never be sold or shared with any party or individual outside of the company.

Customer Service Promise

At Logan's Vehicle Detailing we promote pleasurable interactions between customers and detailers. Our aim is to uphold our promise of tailoring our service to the needs and requests of the customer as much as possible while earning the good faith of those employed by Logan's Vehicle Detailing. We take complaints and feedback seriously and encourage instances of misconduct to be brought to our attention as early as possible. If necessary, we will meet with those dissatisfied with our services to discuss a resolution.
